Myrmigo Terms of Use

Effective date: 2 October 2026Privacy Policy

What changed on 2 October 2026: site owners can use our page for business owners, ask us to list their business and send us its details (section 9), and nobody may send us details of a business they may not act for (section 4). The earlier version took effect on 1 October 2026; we send a copy to anyone who asks (section 15).

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website myrmigo.com and to the service at mcp.myrmigo.com. The service includes the MCP endpoints, the REST API and the web pages. The service is provided by Christos Christoforidis (“Myrmigo”, “we”, “us”).

  • An organisation accepts these terms when it asks for an API key, and we record which version it accepted. If you use Myrmigo without a key, these terms apply to you once you have had a reasonable chance to read them, for example through the link on our website or where Myrmigo is listed. Nothing in them reduces your rights as a consumer.
  • If you use Myrmigo for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
  • The reference information is suitable for a general audience. To accept these terms for an organisation or to get an API key, you must be an adult with authority to bind that organisation.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Myrmigo is a free beta.

These terms are written in English. We may publish a Greek version later. If we do and the two versions differ, a consumer may rely on the version more favourable to them; for organisations, the English version prevails. If you are a consumer and the meaning of a term is in doubt, the reading more favourable to you applies.

2. What Myrmigo does, and what it does not do

  • Reference information, not advice. Myrmigo describes how travel websites work for tasks on your own bookings. It covers the official site, fees and rules with their sources and dates, what to have ready, and where you have to act yourself. It is not legal, financial or travel advice.
  • Your agent works in your own session. Myrmigo’s servers never visit travel sites for you, never sign in, and never make bookings or payments.
  • You stay in control. You handle signing in, security codes, CAPTCHAs, identity documents, payment and final confirmation yourself. Our guides mark these as steps you do in person. Before anything paid or irreversible, a guide requires your explicit “yes” to the exact action and amount.
  • Step-by-step guides are limited. We provide them only where the site’s owner has consented, or where the site’s terms allow it. The Agent Terms Register at https://mcp.myrmigo.com/register shows our reading of each site. Other sites get reference information only.
  • We are independent. Myrmigo is not endorsed by any airline, ferry company, hotel, rental company, booking site or AI provider.

3. Disclosure: Paros Summer Travellers

Myrmigo’s founder also owns and runs Paros Summer Travellers, a vehicle rental business on Paros.

  • Every answer about Paros Summer Travellers carries a line that discloses this.
  • Paros Summer Travellers gets no ranking advantage. Nothing in our routing or ranking reads the disclosure or the ownership. The site follows the same rules as every other site.
  • Like any other site, it gets step-by-step guides only with a signed owner consent.

Ranking. Myrmigo ranks only different guides for the same site. It never ranks one company against another. Among a site’s guides, it uses who verified the guide (the site owner, our staff, or reports from at least 3 organisations that it worked within 30 days), a confidence score from outcome reports, and the guide’s health (section 7). Ownership, payments and the disclosure line play no part. Paros Summer Travellers is treated like every other site, including when its owner verifies its guides.

Nobody can pay for ranking or placement. Myrmigo has no ads and no sponsored content.

4. Acceptable use

Use Myrmigo only for tasks on the user’s own bookings and accounts. Family members on the same booking are fine.

You must not:

  • act on someone else’s booking or account;
  • use Myrmigo to scrape websites;
  • use Myrmigo to get around logins, security codes, CAPTCHAs, bot protection, paywalls or other security measures;
  • use Myrmigo to create accounts on travel sites;
  • carry out bulk or automated actions, such as mass bookings, mass cancellations or reselling;
  • put personal data in requests: names, booking codes, emails, phone numbers, card numbers, passport or ID numbers, or passwords (use placeholders instead);
  • send false or misleading reports or flags, or try to manipulate how guides are rated;
  • claim a domain you do not control, pretend to be a site owner, or send us details of a business you may not act for;
  • attack, probe or overload the service, or work around its rate limits;
  • use Myrmigo unlawfully, or in breach of a website’s terms;
  • suggest that we endorse you, or use our name in a misleading way.

5. API keys

  • The agent surface needs an API key that we issue. To ask for a key, email admin@paros-summer.com. We issue keys after the organisation accepts these terms. We allow one organisation account per legal entity.
  • Keep your key secret. You are responsible for everything done with your key, unless it was misused because of our own breach of these terms or of our security duties. If it leaks, tell us at once, and we will revoke or rotate it.
  • You are responsible for your agent. It must follow its user’s instructions and each site’s terms. It must present the steps that the user does in person, and the explicit-“yes” confirmations, and never skip them.
  • Attribution. When you show guide content, credit Myrmigo (see section 10).
  • Rate limits apply. We may suspend or revoke a key if it is misused, for security reasons, or if the law requires it. Section 7 explains how we tell you and how you can challenge the decision.

6. Reports and flags

  • Reports and flags use fixed lists, placeholders and the words shown on the site’s own pages. They must not contain personal data.
  • Our scrubber rejects reports that seem to contain card, bank, passport or secret data. When it does, we store nothing from the report.
  • How we use what you send. We use your reports and flags to review, fix and rate guides. We may publish or license daily totals made from many reports; they never include an organisation id. We never publish or license individual reports or flags, and we keep them only for the periods in our Privacy Policy (section 4.4). If staff use a step correction you sent to change a guide, you license that text to us under CC BY-SA 4.0 so it can become part of the guide (section 10).
  • How we review. Flags and concerns go to staff review. They never change a guide by themselves. Staff may fix, pause or withdraw a guide. We never show other users’ report text.
  • Disagree with a decision? See section 7.

7. How we moderate what you send

  • Reports and flags accept only values from fixed lists, placeholders and the words shown on the site’s own pages.
  • An automated filter (our scrubber) checks every report before we store it. It rejects the whole report if it seems to contain card, bank, passport or secret data; replaces personal details with placeholders; and drops lines on sensitive topics. The reply names the field that was rejected and why, so you can resend.
  • Automated rate limits apply to flags and to site-owner requests.
  • An automated check marks a guide as failing when 2 or more organisations report a failure at the same step within 7 days. Agents see this, and it lowers the guide’s rank. It clears when 2 or more organisations report success after the latest failure, or when staff clear it.
  • Staff review every flag and concern by hand, and decide whether to fix, pause or withdraw a guide.
  • If we suspend or revoke an API key or end your access, we will tell you why and how to challenge the decision, unless the law forbids it.
  • To ask a person to review any decision, write to admin@paros-summer.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.

8. Accuracy

  • Guides can be wrong or out of date, because sites, fees and rules change without notice.
  • Our facts carry a source and a date where one is available. Our staff have not yet checked every entry.
  • Always confirm on the official site before you act, especially before you pay or cancel. If a guide and the official site disagree, the official site is right.
  • Treat guides as unverified third-party information. Your own rules, and your user’s instructions, come first.
  • We do not guarantee that any task will succeed.

9. Site owners

  • See how we cover your site in the Agent Terms Register at https://mcp.myrmigo.com/register.

  • Claim your domain on our page for business owners, https://mcp.myrmigo.com/owner, or through the API:

    1. Call POST /v1/owner/claims.
    2. Publish the DNS TXT record we give you at _myrmigo.<your domain>.
    3. Call POST /v1/owner/claims/verify.

    A claim that is not verified expires after 72 hours.

  • Opt out. After you verify, call POST /v1/owner/disallows to opt out your whole site or a single task. The opt-out takes effect immediately.

  • Ask to be listed, and send your details. After you verify, you can ask us to add your business and send us its official pages and agent channels, by email to admin@paros-summer.com or on that page. Send only details of your own business that it publishes on its own website, and only if you may act for the business. A person checks them on your website and may decline or reword them. You allow us to publish the details we accept as part of our reference data, and you can ask us to change or remove them at any time. Listing is free. Claims, verification and the details you send never change how Myrmigo ranks or routes between companies.

  • A domain claim alone never switches on step-by-step agent guides. That needs your signed consent, or a reviewed reading of your terms.

  • Quotes from your terms and pages remain yours. We use them only for reference, with links to the source.

Reporting illegal content or other problems (anyone). Email admin@paros-summer.com and include:

  • the exact Myrmigo address (URL) concerned;
  • an explanation of why you think the content is illegal or wrong;
  • your name and email (you may leave them out if your notice concerns the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt without undue delay. A person reviews every notice; we do not decide by automated means. We tell you our decision, our reasons, and how you can challenge it.

10. Intellectual property and licences

  • Guide text is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). If you reuse it:
    • credit “Myrmigo (myrmigo.com)”;
    • link to the licence;
    • say what you changed;
    • share your version under the same licence.
  • Quotes from third-party terms, pages and documents belong to their owners. The CC licence does not cover them.
  • The Myrmigo server software is proprietary. Any client tools or specifications we publish will state their own licence.
  • The Myrmigo name, logo and website design are ours. Other companies’ trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify sites.

11. Availability

Myrmigo is a free beta. We may change, limit, pause or end any part of it. We do not promise any level of availability. We will give key holders reasonable notice, by email where we can, before we end the agent surface or a feature they rely on, unless we must act at once for security or legal reasons.

12. Liability

  • We provide Myrmigo free, “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:
    • what your agent does, or the decisions you make;
    • fees, penalties or other losses from changing, cancelling or missing travel;
    • the content or behaviour of third-party websites;
    • indirect losses.
  • Organisations that use an API key are responsible for their agents and for claims that result from breaking these terms.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. That includes liability for intent or gross negligence (Greek Civil Code Art. 332), for death or personal injury, and your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Myrmigo at any time, and you can ask us to close your organisation’s account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for security reasons, or if the law requires it. We tell you why, as described in section 7. Sections 6, 10, 12 and 14 continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

Greek law governs these terms.

If you are a consumer living in the EU:

  • you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6(2));
  • you can bring claims in the courts of Greece or of the country where you live;
  • we can bring claims against you only in the courts of the country where you live.

If you are not a consumer, the courts of Syros, Greece, have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please contact us first, so we can try to solve the problem.

15. Changes to these terms

We change these terms only for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, a change in how the service works, or a security risk. We post every change here with a new effective date and a summary of what changed. We keep every earlier version and send a copy to anyone who asks. We email API key holders and site owners who have signed a consent about significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law or an urgent security risk requires a faster change. If you do not agree, you can stop using Myrmigo and ask us to close your account before the change takes effect.
